Klenspop Circle Lens Review: EOS Jewel Grey

Tuesday, June 30, 2015
Today I'll be reviewing another pair of lenses from Klenspop. This time around I will be trying a pair of grey ones. I thought I'll go out of my comfort zone bit and try grey lenses instead of my usual browns.

Diameter: 14mm
Water Content: 38%
Base Curve: 8.6mm
Life Span: 1 year (Max)
Country of origin: South Korea

COLOR&DESIGN
These circle lenses has a steel grey center and a purple outer ring. Because of the purple ring, the overall color of these lenses look more blue on the eyes than grey. The color appears more dark grey in person and in indoor lighting.

ENLARGEMENT
Like most of the lenses I try, these have a natural enlargement. I'm giving it five stars because in my preference, these are the perfect size for my eyes without it making me look too alienish.

COMFORT
Very comfortable. I did notice that these lenses were a bit harder than other lenses I have tried, but I didn't have any problems with them when I wore them. I am assuming the materials used were harder. I remembered the last pair of lenses that I reviewed felt the same way, too so I think it's just this EOS Jewel series that is like that.

OVERALL  (4.5)
These are great lenses for those that want their eye color to change slightly and for those looking for a natural enlargement. I would have given it the full 5 stars if the lenses are more grey than blue, but other than that, I would recommend these.

  1. Very pretty. Though I thought they were a dark purple at first rather than grey.

    1. Yeah, these aren't a true grey like the puffy 3 tone ones. I would say these are definitely more to the dark blue/purple spectrum of greys.
