Today I'll be reviewing a cleansing oil that I picked out from Yesstyle. For those that don't know what a cleansing oil is, it's a facial cleanser. I admit, I was a bit confused at first. I wasn't sure if it was a facial cleanser or a makeup remover by the description, but after doing a bit of research I found out it was pretty much both.

Cleansing oils has become quite popular, and now I understand why. Cleansing oils are good for any skin types. It's a cleanser that does not strip any of your natural oils (which everybody needs no matter how oily you think you are). It instead helps replace the dirty oils in your pores with nourishing oils. Another plus is that it helps removes makeup really well. So now that we know the gist of what it does, let's go on to the review!

PACKAGING & PRODUCT:
The packaging is quite simple with a pretty light blue container. It has a pump dispenser which can twist which allows it to be opened or closed. The actual product has a liquid consistency that is thicker than actual water, but thinner than gel-like cleansers. It also has a citrus scent when used that I really like.

APPLICATION:
I usually use it when I'm in the shower because that's the most convenient to me. I dampen my face with warm water and pump one pump of the cleansing onto my hands and lather it up on my face. It does "foam" a bit, but not a lot. It turns to a milk-like texture which is pretty neat! After that, I would wash it off with warm water. I would sometimes take a cotton pad and apply half a pump onto it and use it to take off the rest of my eye makeup.

EXPERIENCE:
I have been using this for about two weeks, and I have noticed differences with my skin. Usually during the winter, my face (cheek area) and my nose would be flaky from wiping it with tissues, heater, and harsh winds. After using this, I noticed that my skin seem more radiant, soft, and healthy-looking. I don't use it on a daily basis - mostly on days that I wear makeup because it's like a 2-in-1 thing since it saves same time and effort. You can use this on a daily basis if you would like, but I just don't find a need to.

OVERALL:
I like it! It was a bit weird at first because I was not used to using this type of cleanser, but after a while it's not that bad. I do enjoy the burst of citrus when I use it, and it makes me feel good that I am using a product that is healthy for my skin. I also like how it can both cleanse my face and remove the makeup. I hope with the continued use of this product it will help improve the texture and redness of my skin and to maintain my blackheads and whiteheads. I will be sure to update you guys on that when the time comes.

I will definitely recommend the Laneige Perfect Pore Cleansing Oil to everyone. It is quite pricey, but I feel like it's a good skincare product to invest in.

Hope this review was helpful and thanks for reading!
