Lace Be Honest

August 30, 2017
Summer went by way too fast.
Tobi top c/o // H&M culottes // Qupid heels

I'm a little sadden that the daylight will be shorter, but I'm going to salvage it while it last! (#sorrynotsorry for being melodramatic, but I love summer)

Anyway, in this transitional period is when I love to wear more mesh and lace because the weather fluctuates around a lot and usually I have no idea how to dress. I gravitate towards these because it has a bit of coverage but also allows for some air flow~

I absolutely love this lace top! It dresses up any bottoms and adds that feminine factor to a look. The material is smooth - not itchy at all and the zipper is a good quality that doesn't snag or get caught in my hair. It is a sheer top so I styled it with a white bralette and a cropped black tank so you guys can see how it looks. I can also see it styled under a dress (**hint hint for a future look ;) )

SNUPPED Marble bag Review

August 26, 2017
SNUPPED was kind enough to send me this tote bag so I thought I'll review for you guys!

I received the marble one in size small.

It's huge on me,
but a pretty good size for it's price.
I mainly use this bag when I pack my things for photoshoots. It can also be used for carrying school supplies, groceries, or even the beach!
It's a canvas tote with a waterproof coating. It is a bit stiff, but hopefully, it'll be better with more use. I do like the fact that there is a slip to it so I don't have to worry about my things being wet inside if something were to spill on it or if it rains. There's also a pocket inside that you can put smaller things in.

SNUPPED offers laptop sleeves, phone cases, and other types of bags, too. It also has pre-customized designs you can choose from or you can upload your own designs to make your items even more personalized. I think it will be a great for back to school and for gifts!

Zoomies & Central Purrk

August 22, 2017
We finally have a cat cafe in the area and of course an avid cat admirer like me went to check it out!
There is a fee for the visit depending on how long you want to spend time with the cats. They also have a sister cafe where you can get your cup of coffee or tea right next door called Central Purrrk - the name is purr-fect isn't it?! Anyway, let's meet a few of the cats!

This is Gus, but the workers in here call him Gus Gus which is so cute! He was my favorite because he looked so elegant and chubby. He's also really chill and loves being pet around the face area. Also, he is SO soft.
He is so done with me taking pics of him hahaha
This one is Taya which is my friend's favorite.
We don't know name of this one...It was sleeping the whole time and when it woke up, it just went to another spot to sleep. We were unable to see the name tag :/
This one is funny. His name is Halo which is my other friend's favorite. He was falling asleep on her hand while she was petting him.
Here he is playing peek-a-boo with me. He was cute too because he mimicked my head movements when I was playing with him.
There were a few more that I didn't get pictures of since the pictures turned out blurry. There was a black cat that was going really fast on the wheel and a calico cat that couldn't be bothered. We just left it alone.

My first experience was a pretty good one! Time pretty much flew by, but I enjoyed it a lot!

Black on Black is Back

August 14, 2017
As you know, I can't stay away from black on black for too long. I've been experimenting with adding colors to my wardrobe, but alas I'm returning to my roots for a bit.
I've been meaning to feature a look with these fishnet socks for quite some time now since I've seen it every where this summer! Fishnets definitely made a comeback, and I love the nostalgic 90s vibes.
If you're not sure about them yet, I definitely recommend trying the socks first before the tights.
Here I added a bit of contrast with my ivory booties.
H&M top // H&M shorts (similar) // Shein belt // Amazon socks // Forever21 booties // Amazon sunglasses
I really like how subtle it is peeping through.
It's all about the details, right?

loafer slippers

Hello, Yellow

August 11, 2017
Been loving my yellow sunnies!
I love the 70's vibe it gives off to any look, and how it makes a simple outfit more trendy~
It also helps add an unexpected pop of color to my usual monochrome looks. I love it!
I've also been loving these loafer slippers.
They're so comfy and easy to wear. I feel like it low key class up an outfit.
Oh, and I've finally ridden in a convertible! I remember when I was a kid, a convertible would be my dream car. It's not my dream car anymore, but I still wanted to ride in one to see what it's like.
It was good and bad.
Good - the breeze
Bad - the breeze; especially if you have long hair.
But I'm still very happy to check off my bucket list!
