Etude House Wonder Pore Freshner Review

August 31, 2014
Today I will be sharing a product that I have been using sporadically for a while, but recently I have been using it a lot more often. It is...
This is a toner.

I first started using this product around the end of winter/beginning of spring.
Since it's been that long, I don't remember where I bought it. It's either ebay or Sasa

I am not a frequent toner user because I am lazy (LOL). I usually just rinse with cold water and that'll be it! Hence why I waited until now to make this review. Also, because I didn't see any differences and thought this product didn't work. Boy, was I wrong!
As you can see here on the bottle, this is a 7 in 1 toner and is supposed to do all of the things listed.

After using it for the past week or two, I have definitely noticed a difference in my skin.
I broke out recently because I've been not eating right - late meals, lots of diary products, and not drinking enough water. It was also around that time of the month and I started to be lazy about my skincare routine and I've been going to the pool which has lots of chlorine more often now which I assumed dried out my skin a lot. (Yikes!) So I had all of those factors going against me which resulted in my horrible break out.

I went back to my usual skincare routine and started to use the Wonder Pore Freshner more frequently because I want to make my pores as small as I could to prevent anymore pimples from popping up and to maintain my pH level since I've been going to the pool more.

How to use:
After cleansing/exfoliating, I would apply the toner on a cotton pad and just swipe it across my face starting from the center outwards. Then, I just let it air dry a bit before applying my moisturizing. So far I've only use it in the evening because it helps get all the leftover makeup residue from the makeup remover and makeup product.

Does everything it claims on the bottle
Feels light like water
Removes leftover cleansing residue and makeup residue
Have a slight alcohol scent, but not too much that it bothers me
Cute packaging

Wished that it has a pump to get the product out like the makeup removers you see at Sephora that customers can use
Contains alcohol which I know that some people say is bad

Overall, I think this is a great product!
I will definitely recommend it for those that have similar skin type as me (dry/normal). I do not know if it works on others that have combination/oily skin, but it wouldn't hurt to try!
I hope this review was helpful and hope you guys are enjoying your Labor Day weekend :).

OOTD: Handmade Kimono Cardigan

August 23, 2014
Haven't done an OOTD post in a while.
Here I am wearing a kimono-styled cardigan that I made a couple of weeks ago.
DIY kimono cardigan | Forever21 top | Forever21 shorts | H&M necklace

I haven't done this in a while so I avoided looking at the camera haha.
I styled it mostly with summer colors.
And if you would like me to make a step by step post of how to make this cardigan, please leave a comment below saying so! I didn't know if I should make one since there are already a lot of tutorials floating around on the interwebs ^^.

Summer is about to end so I'm just trying to enjoy the last bit of it before Fall even though I don't wear much colors anyway. Planning on going to Water Country one more time next week before our Fun passes expire.
I'm actually looking forward to Fall because it's my favorite season :). Also, I feel like I'll have better outfits to share then~.

Hope your summer was fun!
For those that started school or about to start school again, I hope your first day went/will go well! Enjoy school/classes because it'll go by fast. (I sound so old, but it's very true).

Water Country Photoset

August 17, 2014
My last Exploring photoset seemed to be quite successful so I decided to make this one.

This is my second summer going to Water Country USA. The last time was about two or three summers ago when I was a brunette, so obviously I forgot what most of the rides were. My bf and I went twice so far. The first trip was with our friends.

Water Country
We mostly ate during the first trip and rode most of the rides.
I finally got some dippin' dots! An amusement park must, I may say! I tried both the Rainbow Ice and the Oreo Cookie. I preferred the Rainbow Ice  more since I don't eat that flavor as often, but the Oreo Cookie was yummy as well~
I also tried turkey leg for the first time! It was delicious.
After eating, we just relax at the Surfer's Bay Wave Pool and tanned before heading home. I didn't get tanned really, since it was a cloudy day. It was still nice though since there wasn't a lot of people!

Water Country 2
For the second trip, we went with my bf's siblings.
This trip was more relaxing.
We spent most of our time at the Hubba Hubba Highway and the Surfer's Bay Wave Pool. There were really long lines at the rides since we went on a weekend instead of a weekday, but we did manage to get on a couple.
We also snuck in foods and got the souvenir cup to get 99 cent refills.
Oh and of course, some Dippin' Dots as well! This time we got Banana Split and Rainbow Ice.
Before we left, we popped into the gift shop to see what it had. I ended up getting this cool necklace. It didn't show up in the picture, but the black bead in the middle has an iridescent shine to it.
We concluded our day riding a few more rides and eating at the buffet. We all ate so much there! I didn't take any pictures of that because I was busy stuffing my face haha. I had four plates and four cups of different soups. That explains how hungry I was LOL.

Ferris Wheel Model Kit + Update

August 10, 2014
Hey guys!
I'm sorry that I haven't posted in a while. Something personal happened so I don't think I will be able to post as often as I did earlier this summer, and the youtube videos might come to a halt for now as well. I will still try to post weekly because I really do enjoy blogging, but I hope you all will understand if I can't, too. If you want to keep updated with me, please follow my Twitter, Instagram, and/or Tumblr since I update those more frequently.

Anyway. Here is one of the things I've been working on.
You have to be quite careful with this one since it breaks easily. It comes with an extra carriage, but my bf broke it as well so I ended up just hot gluing it on.

For those that follow me on Instagram, you probably already saw this, but here's how it looks when it is completed and put on display.

If you guys want to get this kit to play with, you can get it at your local craft store.
I got mine at A.C. Moore. :)

Also, I want to thank everybody for the support for this blog and my other social media networks. I reached 500+ followers on Instagram today and I gain a few more followers for this blog and youtube as well ♥.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
I really, truly appreciate the support because it gives me more motivation to continue to do what I love.
