Tutorial: 2NE1 Dara Inspired Look from "I'm Falling in Love" MV

July 25, 2013
Bello!
Today's post is a tutorial on Dara's look from 2NE1's most recent MV "I'm Falling in Love."
I'm thinking about doing a series of all the member's look since their look is always so edgy and pretty. I thought I'll start off with Dara's since we both have blonde hair. :)

I was taken by surprise when I saw her with blonde hair. I don't think she can pull it off as much as CL, but she still looked like a goddess in the MV!

So let's get started!

Here is the final look.

Yeah, I so cannot pull off the center part. I tried straighten my bangs and fixing it but it just doesn't look right.

All the straightening made my hair have a lot of flyaways...which equal ruffled messy hair...

Anyway, hope you guys liked this tutorial! It's a pretty simple look that you can wear everyday without the "jewels" ^-^.

TonyMoly Cats Wink Mascara Review

July 19, 2013
Hello~
Today I will be reviewing the TonyMoly Cats Wink Mascara.
I bought this a long time ago along with the Petite Bunny Gloss Bars, but I haven't made a review until now because I haven't used these products enough to give a decent review. However, NOW I HAVE!
I decided to just separate the reviews because I feel like fitting them all into one post might be too much.

First off for those that are interested in buying, I bought the TonyMoly Cats Wink Mascara from ebay. I tried looking back in my ebay history to find the seller I bought from, but I guess I bought it way too long ago that it's not in my history anymore :/.
I tried looking for one that was like mine, but I think they came out with other mascaras that does different things now and the packaging has slightly changed.

The one I have now is known as TonyMoly Cats Wink Mascara #2.

This mascara is supposed to help curl and lengthen the lashes.

COLOR: ♥♥♥♥♥
I'm happy with the color. It's a very dark black and doesn't appear grey or brown at all.

APPLICATION: ♥♥♥♥♡
This mascara is easy to apply. The curve end of the wand really helps evenly coat the top lashes and follow the curl of the lashes. It also helps to lengthen the lashes, too. The straighter part of the wand is great for the bottom lashes to help separate and lengthen them as well. Pictured above is just with one swipe. If you want "spider" lashes, you can put more on. The only downside that I can think of is that it's hard to get the short lashes near corners of the eyes with this wand.

PACKAGING: ♥♥♥♥♥
The packaging is so cute! I love that it's shaped like a cat! I also like how simple it is, and that they made the packaging all black with white words. It looks so sleek~

OVERALL: ♥♥♥♥♥
In my experience, I feel like this mascara does an excellent job in separating lashes. I really like how clean it looks when I swipe this mascara on my lashes. It's not clumpy and doesn't make my curls go down as quickly as other mascaras. It holds the curls pretty well. It doesn't say that it's waterproof or water resistant, but I think it is. It doesn't smudge throughout the day at all. I even rubbed my eyes on purpose and it still hasn't smudge. I think it does a pretty good job for what it is claimed for. If you are looking for a volumizing mascara then this isn't what you're looking for! However, if you want something that lengthens and separate lashes, then I recommend this!

Hope this review was helpful!

OOTD: White on white

July 08, 2013
Hi guys!

This is just a quick OOTD. I decided to try the white on white trend that's been pretty popular this spring/summer. I love it! I think this trend is very chic, and it's a great way to play with textures. I love doing this when I am wearing all black so might as well try it in all white, right?

I love this shot that my bf took~

F21 Polka dot blouse \ F21 Lace Brassiere \ Charlotte Russe shorts \ Charlotte Russe flats \ F21 triangle necklace

Please hype!

PS: Did you guys notice that my hair looks a bit more yellow? I think the salt water from the beach made it like that :/.

Anyway~

Hair Update: Ash Blonde Hair

July 01, 2013
Hey guys!

I finally had time today to take pictures of my hair. I would have posted these pictures sooner, but things popped up that prevented me from camwhoring haha.

Remember in my last hair update that I will let you guys know if I ended up toning my hair? Well, I did! I just redid my roots and then used toner to get the color I have now. The toner took out all of the yellow in my hair!

The lower half of my hair is still a bit darker than the top, but I don't think there's anything I can do about that. I tried bleaching it but it pretty much stayed the same shade. I think it's dead from all the hair dyes I used before. I can't wait until my hair grows out so I can just chop off the bottom section HAHA. You can see in the first and second photo where it is darker. I think I'm going to stick to ash blonde for a while before going darker. I really like the blonde I achieved.

Oh, if you guys where wondering what I used.
I used Wella Color Charm in "Lightest Ash Blonde (T18)"
I would recommend using one for sensitive scalp because this one burned my scalp. It was itchy and tingling and it kinda burned, but hey, I got this on sale so yeah.

When you used the toner, it should turn purple. The purple takes out the yellow in the hair. It's basically like what you do in art art; you mix the complements to get a neutral tone. I didn't shampoo my hair for a couple of days and only used conditioner so the smell of the toner was in my hair until I finally shampooed.

If you guys have any questions feel free to ask! I'll answer them to the best of my abilities.
Also, did you guys like the hair do I did for this post? I plan on making a tutorial for it, but don't know if you guys are interested. Please let me know if you guys would like me to do it!
